Specification
- Door panels constructed from 38mm wide rolled hollow steel sections with 2mm thick steel door skins seam welded along all edges.
- Mineral wool insulation to all internal voids.
- Cast-in double frame type.
- Steel hollow section door frame with anti-barricade device and central pressed steel closure panel.
- Door panels mounted within door frame and hung on a full height tubular steel pivot hinge.
- Inundation unit.
- Vertical laminated glass vision panel with hinged steel cover.
- Preparation for MoJ Class 1 lock supplied and fitted by HMPS or Private Prison Operator.
- Anti-ligature strips to front face of door, along top and down leading edge terminating at lock.
- One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer to all mild steel surfaces.
