- Door conforms to ASTM F1450-05.
- 2” thick door panel constructed from 12 gauge galvannealed steel skins with full height vertical 18 gauge internal welded stiffeners.
- Continuous 10 gauge pressed steel channel forms the perimeter of the door panel.
- All internal voids infilled with mineral wool insulation.
- Door frame constructed from pressed profile 12 gauge galvannealed steel.
- Frame fixing details to suit a variety of arrangements.
- Hardened steel butt hinges to ASTM F1758-05.
- Recessed pull handle corridor side only.
- Frame mounted electric or mechanical locks to ASTM F1577-05.
- Hinge down food pass.
- Various vision panel arrangements to varying HP white level resistance.
- Factory applied primer.
- Glazed / non-glazed side and header panels to ASTM F1592.
- Ventilation grilles.
