- Door leaf constructed from 38mm wide rolled hollow steel section with 2mm thick steel door skins.
- Mineral wool insulation to all internal voids.
- Steel hollow section door frame.
- Frame fixed by chemical resin anchors.
- Door leaf mounted within door frame and hung on a full height tubular steel pivot hinge.
- One welded D handle, two heavy duty barrel bolts.
- Rectangular laminated glass vision panel with hinged steel cover.
- Preparation for a MoJ Class 2 heavy duty prison mortice deadlock supplied and fitted by HMPS on site.
- One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer.
- Cast in type frame.
- Smoke seals.
