Specification
- Door panels constructed from 38mm wide rolled hollow steel sections with 2mm thick steel door skins seam welded all round.
- Rolled / Pressed steel hollow section door frame with steel rebates.
- Mineral wool insulation to all internal voids.
- Frame fixed by chemical resin anchors.
- Door panel mounted within door frame and hung on a full height tubular steel pivot hinge.
- Reinforcing plates to inside of door panel on cell side up to the height of the lock.
- Vertical laminated vision panel with hinged steel cover.
- Preparation Only for Home Office Type 3 mortice locking latch.
- One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer to all mild steel surfaces.
- Door panel to open out into the corridor.
