- Door panel constructed from 38mm wide rolled hollow steel sections with 2mm thick steel door skins seam welded along all edges.
- Mineral wool insulation to all internal voids.
- Steel hollow section door frame with anti-barricade device.
- Frame fixed by chemical resin anchors.
- Door panel mounted within door frame and hung on a full height tubular steel pivot hinge.
- Inundation unit.
- Vertical laminated glass vision panel with sliding stainless steel cover.
- Preparation for SPS Class 1 lock supplied and fitted by SPS or Private Prison Operator.
- One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer to all mild steel surfaces.
- Cast-in type frame.
- Heavy duty barrel bolt.
