- Door panel constructed from 38mm wide rolled hollow steel section with 2mm thick steel door skins seam welded.
- Mineral wool insulation to all internal voids.
- Steel hollow section door frame with anti-barricade device and preparation for illuminated header.
- Frame fixed by chemical resin anchors.
- Door panel mounted within door frame and hung on a full height tubular steel pivot hinge.
- Inundation unit fitted in door panel.
- Preparation for a slam action MoJ Class 1 cell lock supplied and fitted by HMPS or Private Prison Operator.
- One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer to all mild steel surfaces.
- Special service hatch with ratchet mechanism which allows hatch to be raised only when food box is attached to the door.
