CSL0201 Prisoner Entrance Door
Specification
- Door is constructed from a solid timber core sheeted both sides with 1.6mm thick zintec steel skins pressure bonded to core, interlocked and riveted to give a finished door thickness of 50mm.
- Door is mounted within a 100mm x 50mm rolled steel channel frame and hung from a substantial continuous hinge.
- Frame fixings to suit a variety of opening construction.
- Supplied as standard with 150mm square x 9.5mm thick laminated glass vision panel with hinged steel privacy cover.
- Recessed pull handles on both sides of door.
- Home Office Type 2 heavy duty mortice deadlock working in conjunction with a 12V DC electric strike fitted in the frame with optional closer.
- One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer.
- Rolled steel angle frame or profile frame to suit site conditions.
- Drip strip / water bar on external doors.
- Weather seals.
