CSL0203 Pass / Exercise Yard Door
Specification
- Door is constructed from a solid timber core sheeted both sides with 1.6mm thick zintec steel skins pressure bonded to core, interlocked and riveted to give a finished door thickness of 50mm.
- Door is mounted within a 100mm x 50mm rolled steel channel frame and hung from a substantial continuous hinge.
- Frame fixings to suit a variety of opening construction.
- Supplied as standard with 150mm square, 9.5mm thick laminated glass vision panel (no privacy cover).
- Recessed pull handles on both sides of door.
- HMCS/Home Office Type 2 heavy duty mortice deadlock.
- PSD / Ba - Pass or circulation door.
- PSE / Bb - Pass or circulation door with hinged cover on vision panel. Note - Doors for Crown Courts, the lock is supplied and fitted by HMCS.
- One coat factory applied high build zinc phosphate primer.
- Rolled steel angle or pressed profile frame to suit site conditions.
- Hydraulic door closer.
- Drip strip / water bar on external doors.
- Electric strike in frame.
- Weather seals.
- Hinged privacy cover on vision panel.
